Foodview: Vegi-Terranean and Bagel Chips with Hummus

Probably the best sandwich I've had at the Moon so far, the Vegi-Terranean was an excellent combination of different kinds of veggies for a flavorful Mediterranean experience in every bite! I'm not a fan of olives in the least bit, but this entree did an excellent job at taking gross tasting stand-alone ingredients and blending them into a fantastic lunch!

It's ingredients are: Wheat bread (yum), feta-spread (yum!), spinach (eh), green olives (umm...), and roasted red peppers (fantastic!). The bread was crisp and toasted on the outside with feta-spread on the inside of both pieces. After the spread was the layer of olive halves, thick and bold tasting. Past the olive halves was the leafy center of dark green spinach leaves, and right before the other toasted piece of bread was the layer of roasted red peppers which complemented the olive taste very, very well. Delicious!

If you're terribly apposed to olives, I wouldn't recommend this sandwich. If you think they're so-so, you should give this sandwich a try. If you are absolutely in love with olives, then stop reading, shut the computer, and start running to your nearest Harvest Moon. Don't worry about the car or even your shoes! Just keep running! :)

To complete the Mediterranean experience, I'd recommend getting some hummus that comes when you order the side of bagel chips. Top it all off with a Chai Tea Latte for a delicious and filling experience. Again, this was the best sandwich I've had on the menu, and the others were pretty darn good!

Words to articulate this edible experience are: bold, impetuous, light, healthy, and Mediterranean. I give it my highest recommendation!
